What is that disease that gives you tongue hair? Thats disgusting enough that you don't even need to play around with the name. No wait, if a toothbrush is for teeth then a tongue hairbrush...........

well, i actually have a reason.

As long as humans have had eyebrows, the question has existed:
Why eyebrows?
And today, I, Ben Scroggins, do hereby state: let the confusion be resolved!

Eyebrows get their own name, because they have their own function. Other Facial hair is pointless, because as humans have evolved, their need for a warm fur coat has lessened, making all facial hair other than eyebrows and eyelashes obsolete and vestigial. Eye lashes get their own name, because they have the function of filtering dust out of your eyes (blinking isn't pointless) and eyebrows get one because they sheild your eyes from water. With out eyebrows, if you showered, or were otherwise liquided on (new word) like when it rains, the water would drip down your forehead and go strait into your eyes. *irritating*. But no, You have eyebrows, to catch the water, and deflect it to run down your cheekbones, past your mouth, and safely off your chin and into the abyss without disturbing your eyes, nostrils or mouth with its evil wetness.
So let it be proclaimed from the mountaintops:

THANK GOD FOR EYEBROWS!!!!

And that, my friends, will do it, to answer the age-old question, of "why eyebrows?"
I thank you.
